Allinea Corporate is owned and run by Andy McLintock and Adrian Kirk, who undertake all transactions. The team you meet is always the team you work with.
We are passionate and focused on ensuring our clients receive the service they demand, delivering successful outcomes.
Andy McLintock
Andy has many years' experience in financial services, including small cap investment management and stockbroking. More recently, he has been involved with an early-stage venture capital business targeted at investing and running companies in the SME sector, with a particular focus on manufacturing, retail and technology.
As well as ensuring structure and corporate governance, Andy is personally passionate around identifying and improving lines of capital allocation into UK industry.

Adrian Kirk
Adrian is an experienced corporate financier having worked across both public and private markets for several years. He has advised SME businesses across numerous sectors and utilises his wide contact base across to proactively introduce and undertake transactions for his clients, including acquisitions, disposals and fundraisings.
He provides commercial-led corporate finance advice adding value to target best deal execution for clients. Adrian also sits as a non-executive director on a couple of VC backed businesses.
